Privacy.
The short version: no accounts, no selling data, nothing collected beyond what the features you use actually need.
What we collect, and why
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It sets cookies and collects standard usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) under Google's privacy policy. You can block it with any content blocker or Google's opt-out add-on; the site works identically without it.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Render) keeps short-lived request logs (IP address, URL, user agent) for operations and abuse prevention, as virtually every website does.
Slack alerts. Installing the Slack app stores your workspace name, the chosen channel's name, and the webhook URL Slack issues for that one channel. The single permission we request can only post to that channel — we cannot read messages, members or anything else. Removing the app (from our manage page or Slack's settings) ends the alerts; you can also ask us to delete the record.
Discord alerts. Adding a Discord webhook stores that webhook URL and its channel name. A webhook can only post to its one channel. Delete the webhook in Discord and the alerts stop; the dead record disables itself.
Push notifications. Subscribing stores the anonymous push endpoint your browser issues and the list of services you chose — no name, no email, no account. Unsubscribing (the same button) deletes it; revoking notification permission in your browser makes the endpoint dead, and it disables itself.
RSS, JSON and badges. Nothing beyond the server logs above.
What we don't do
No accounts. No selling, renting or sharing data with anyone for marketing. No tracking pixels beyond Google Analytics. No reading anything in your Slack workspace or Discord server. Email addresses only reach us if you email us.
Data removal
Every integration can be removed by the same door it came in — the manage link, the Slack/Discord settings, the push button. For anything else, email support@theflaggshipgroup.com and we'll delete the record.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it.
